Quixotic Pictures was created by Scott Hoops. Having had a love for film and photography his whole life and having written stories from a very young age, it was only a matter of time before he found his professional life being steered by his passions. On his journey towards his end goal of writing and directing feature films, a logical step was starting his own company. Thus, at thirty years old, he dreamt up what has become Quixotic Pictures. But surely he could not complete this quest on his own… Knowing that he would need an infinitely skillful partner whose talents could be trumped only by her own beauty, he endlessly scoured the lands until he met and later married his wife.
Jenny
Jenny Hoops, the fair maiden of which we speak, has recently joined Quixotic Pictures. Her discerning eye and finely-tuned attention to detail makes her a natural behind the camera. Her feminine approach to filmmaking and photography compliments and melds with Scott’s style in such a way that the whole is more than equal to the sum of the parts. It is this synergistic relationship that gives Quixotic Pictures a unique presence and allows them to sculpt truly original pieces when working with the right tools.
