The Team
Scott Hoops // Director, Lead Cinematographer, Editor
Scott has had a passion for film his whole life. He will work with you to understand your needs as well as the message you are trying to convey and he will be the one to help with the concept, creative, and the production side of things. He is the primary cinematographer for all shoots and will be the one handling the audio, lighting, gimbals, drones, etc. In post-production, Scott handles all of the of audio editing, sound mixing, color correction and color grading to make your video as polished as it is creative.
Jenny Hoops // Cinematographer, Lead Editor
Jenny is the other half of Quixotic Pictures. Her discerning eye and finely-tuned attention to detail makes her a natural behind the camera, and even more so in post-production where she is the lead editor. Her feminine approach to filmmaking compliments and melds with Scott’s style in such a way that the whole is more than equal to the sum of the parts. It’s this synergistic relationship that allows them to sculpt truly original pieces, giving Quixotic Pictures a unique presence in the video world.
